The TEC1‑24104 TEC cooler module is constructed with two ceramic substrates, thermoelectric pellets, soldered copper conductors and lead wires. The 50*50mm large ceramic plate provides bigger heat‑exchange area compared with 40x40mm TEC cooler. We can adjust internal structure for customized thermoelectric TEC cooling unit upon OEM request.
🔷Work Principle
This TEC cooler works based on the Peltier effect. When DC current flows through the TEC cooler module, one ceramic side absorbs heat (cold side) while the other side releases heat (hot side). By changing the direction of DC power, the cooling and heating sides can be swapped. It is the core working principle of all thermoelectric peltier cooling modules.
