TEC12708 40*40mm peltier cooler works based on Peltier effect. When DC current passes through the thermoelectric module, heat will be absorbed on one ceramic surface (cold side) and released on the other surface (hot side). Reversing the DC polarity can switch cooling and heating function, realizing precise semiconductor temperature control.
